A Little About HAPPY KLIPS

OUR MISSION

Happy Klips is to encourage kindness, love, faith, trust, respect, and positivity in a world of contention, uncertainty, and fear. Messages imprinted on our shirts, hats, aprons, tote bags, mugs, and so much more are inspired by words of wisdom from ancient biblical to contemporary times to uplift and inspire, or just put a smile on your face.

 

OUR HISTORY

Our roots go back almost 60 years, when Guenter discovered his love for the visual arts and graphic design. After getting education in that field he started his own sign business. However, living in the old East Germany it was hard to let imagination guide your creativity because everything and everybody was controlled by the ruling communist ideology. In 1981 he and his little family of four were blessed with the opportunity to emigrate to the United States.

Here, again, he started a sign company and worked hard for many years, up into his seventies, putting in countless hours. He earned a reputation for quality workmanship and honesty in the dealings with his clientele.  A given word or promise, sealed with a handshake, was his preferred kind of contract in the business.  -  Retirement felt great for about 3 weeks. Then he became restless and somewhat bored, which lead to the idea of starting the online business Happy Klips. The rest, as the saying goes, is history.
